The role Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for keeping yard operations running smoothly across multiple locations. This role offers a great mix of forklift operation, yard coordination, and general support duties, with travel between sites using a company vehicle.

Your duties will include:

• Operating forklifts safely to move and position equipment and units
• Travelling between sites as required using a company vehicle
• Preparing, locating, and organising units for transport and workshop requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard environment
• Assisting the workshop and operations team with day-to-day tasks

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a yard hand or forklift operating role
• Strong safety awareness and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
