We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC to join a busy Mangere-based operation. This is a hands-on role managing a small team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day warehouse functions. For the right person, this opportunity can lead to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and support a small warehouse team
- Assist with the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control
- Operate and maintain WMS systems
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities
- Perform stock counts and cycle counts
- Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Assist with container devanning and manual handling tasks
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Support staff training and performance management
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or 2IC
- Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, pick, pack, and dispatch functions
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Current Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences and experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and devanning
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
