About the role
We're looking for a practical, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations across two sites in Mt Wellington.
This role is focused on day-to-day performance — leading teams, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring work is done safely, accurately, and on time.
You'll work closely with supervisors and frontline teams, supporting them to deliver consistent results while identifying ways to improve how things run.
What you'll be doing
- Leading daily warehouse operations across two sites
- Managing supervisors and supporting frontline teams
- Planning labour and resources to meet demand
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and process consistency
- Driving safe work practices and site standards
- Troubleshooting operational issues as they arise
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers and workflow changes
- Identifying and implementing practical improvements
About the sites
Carbine Road
- Approx. 5,500 sqm operational site
- MPI Approved Transitional Facility and Customs Controlled Area
- Mix of standard warehousing and specialised services
- Dedicated bulk storage facility with ~2,000 pallet capacity
- Large-format layout supporting efficient storage and flow
What we're looking for
- Experience managing warehouse operations (3PL or distribution preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control
- Comfortable working with WMS systems
- Hands-on, practical leadership style
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
