In this position, you’ll play a key role in driving ore extraction and production performance , including:
- Delivering ore control, grade control and geological mapping
- Collecting and managing accurate geological data onsite
- Integrating data into mine planning processes
- Supporting resource definition and exploration targets
- Working closely with mining and technical teams underground
- Ensuring strong safety and compliance standards
- Degree in Geology (essential)
- 2+ years’ underground mining experience
- Strong understanding of ore control and production geology
- Experience with Surpac or similar 3D mining software
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Membership with AusIMM or AIG (desirable)
