We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Truck Drivers to join a busy Loadout team at our processing facility in Grantham .
This is a hands-on, site-based role involving the operation of trucks and Combi Lifts to source, inspect, position, and move containers throughout the facility.
Please note: Truck Drivers do not leave the site . The role involves moving containers around the site only to support loading, storage, and dispatch operations.
This position is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment, have a strong commitment to safety, and take pride in following procedures and maintaining accurate records.

- Shift times may include:
- 2:00pm–10:30pm
- 3:00pm–11:30pm
- Shift times may vary depending on the role and operational requirements
- Level 2: $29.93/hr + 15%-night loading = $34.42/hr
- Level 3: $30.10/hr + 15%-night loading = $34.61/hr
- Additional levels available on request
- Safely operate trucks and Combi Lifts within the site
- Move and position containers around the facility as required
- Complete pre-start inspections and safety checks
- Source and transport containers according to load schedules
- Conduct 7-point container inspections and report any damage
- Photograph containers and accurately record inspection information
- Connect containers to 3-phase power and set required temperatures
- Monitor refrigeration units and report alarms or faults
- Complete Container Register Forms and associated documentation
- Weigh full containers and print weight dockets
- Apply container labels, locks, and security tags
- Follow all dock procedures, traffic management plans, and site safety requirements
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and clean work areas at the end of each shift
- Current Truck Driver's Licence
- Previous Combi Lift experience is highly desirable
- Current Forklift and/or Combi Lift competency/sign-off
- Previous experience operating trucks, forklifts, Combi Lifts, or container-handling equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records
- Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Flexible and willing to work the required roster
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
