Working Monday to Friday from 6:30am, you'll be driving Class 2 and Class 4 trucks across the Dunedin region, collecting glass recycling from commercial and residential customers. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team, combining truck driving with hands-on work while enjoying stable hours, job security, and a positive workplace culture. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the move, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping Dunedin clean and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 2 and Class 4 trucks safely and efficiently across the Dunedin region
- Complete scheduled recycling collections while maintaining high service standards
- Load, unload, and empty collection bins, completing up to 350 collections per day
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures while working outdoors in varying conditions
- $30-$32 P/H
- Permanent full-time position with 40-45 hours per week
- Stable, year-round employment in an essential service industry
- Varied Role Combining Driving and Hands-On Work

- Hold a current Class 2 Licence (Class 4 advantageous)
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on role with manual handling requirements
