- Managing traffic flow, signage, and temporary traffic management setups
- Supporting safe delivery across multiple project environments
- Leading traffic management operations on site
- Managing crews and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Reviewing and implementing TMP requirements
- Monitoring compliance and adjusting traffic controls where required
- Maintaining strong communication with site teams and stakeholders
- Relevant Traffic Management qualifications (TC, TMO, STMS)
- Experience working within traffic management environments
- Experience with TMPs is highly valued
- Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively across civil and infrastructure projects
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well in team environments
