This is an opportunity to join a large, well-established organisation during a period of sustained recruitment activity, supporting white collar portfolios across a complex project environment.

The Opportunity:

Operating at scale, this business has a structured and mature internal talent function supporting corporate, technical and operational hiring.

Reporting into the Talent Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a defined portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced recruiter who is confident working at pace while maintaining quality and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across white collar portfolios
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, prioritise hiring needs and set realistic timeframes
  • Manage recruitment from brief through to offer and onboarding
  • Prepare and manage job advertisements, sourcing candidates through direct search and talent pools
  • Screen, shortlist and present high-quality candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding
  • Provide market insight, salary guidance and recruitment advice
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with internal governance and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity, reporting and documentation
About you:

You are a confident, delivery-focused recruiter who operates well in structured environments and can manage multiple priorities. You will also bring the below: 
  • Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment capability
  • Experience within large, complex or project-based environments
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, mining or engineering preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining pace and quality
  • Comfort working in an office-led environment
  • Experience in White collar portfolios
