About the Role

We’re partnered with a well-established organisation based on the Sunshine Coast, seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across the business.

This role will manage end-to-end recruitment across both blue and white collar positions, while also playing a key part in improving the broader recruitment function.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver practical recruitment outcomes, build talent pipelines, support workforce planning, and contribute to tender documentation and recruitment process improvements.

This is a full - time opportunity suited to someone who enjoys recruitment delivery but also wants to have real input into how recruitment is structured, improved, and delivered across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white collar roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Write and manage job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
  • Build proactive talent pipelines across key skill areas
  • Support onboarding, recruitment reporting, and workforce planning
  • Assist with tender submissions and workforce capability information
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems and processes
  • Provide a strong candidate and stakeholder experience
About You

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment
  • Experience recruiting across blue and white collar positions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
  • Process improvement mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Exposure to tenders, mobilisation, or workforce planning will be highly regarded
  • Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
