The Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a well-established mining and resources business seeking an experienced Blue Collar Mining Recruiter to join their team based in Southbank.
This position will see you managing high-volume recruitment across site-based and operational roles, supporting ongoing workforce demands across multiple mining projects. You’ll work closely with hiring leaders, coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, and play a key role in securing quality talent in a competitive market.
About the role:
• End-to-end recruitment across blue collar mining and shutdown roles
• High-volume sourcing and mobilisation support
• Screening, interviewing, and candidate management
• Liaising with site teams and hiring managers daily
• Managing onboarding and compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Fast-paced, high-performing recruitment environment
What we’re looking for:
• Previous blue collar recruitment experience within mining, resources, civil, or construction
• Strong understanding of mobilisation and site-based recruitment processes
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using recruitment systems and databases
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
