The Role
Reporting to the COO, you’ll lead the integration of systems, processes and technology across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on delivering practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk and support growth.
You’ll work across all business units and with external partners to drive projects from concept through to implementation and adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead systems integration, automation and business improvement initiatives
- Map and optimise end-to-end business processes
- Deliver projects across scope, timelines, risk and stakeholders
- Own ICT systems performance, stability and compliance
- Manage external vendors and technology partners
- Drive adoption of new systems and embed change across teams
- Align technology solutions with broader business strategy
- 7+ years’ experience in ICT systems, integration or business improvement
- Proven delivery of end-to-end projects in complex environments
- Strong process mapping and systems thinking capability
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
- Solid vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance (ISO 27001 a plus)
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong prioritisation skills
