About the Role
As Surfacing Foreperson, you'll oversee daily surfacing operations, coordinate crews, manage resources, and maintain strong safety and quality standards across a range of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, you'll play a key role in delivering projects on time and exceeding customer expectations.

- Plan daily work programmes and allocate resources
- Operate surfacing plant and equipment as required
- Monitor productivity, quality and project outcomes
- Promote and enforce health and safety standards
- Surfacing, asphalt or road maintenance experience
- Proven leadership experience in civil construction
- Strong planning and problem-solving ability
- Class 2 Licence and WTR endorsement required
- Class 4 Licence advantageous
