A landmark solar farm project is ramping up in Taupō and we're recruiting confidentially for multiple Supervisors to join the project team.
We're actively seeking experienced Supervisors to help deliver one of New Zealand's largest renewable energy developments to date.
What you'll be involved in
- Leading civil crews and subcontractors across active site works
- Driving day-to-day delivery across earthworks, trenching, drainage, and material movement
- Working within a live environment coordinating alongside Mechanical and Electrical teams on site
- Collaborating with the wider project delivery team to keep works on programme and to standard
- Maintaining safety, quality, and compliance across your scope of works
- Proven supervision experience leading crews and subcontractors in live environments
- Background in solar farm highly preferred
- Major civil infrastructure, wind, transmission, geothermal, or industrial projects also highly commended
- Hands-on leadership style. Get stuck in and bring the team with you.
- Must be based in Taupō or willing to relocate.
