This Civil Site Supervisor position is a hands-on leadership role where you will be trusted to run your site, coordinate crews and subcontractors, solve problems on the ground, and keep works progressing to program. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Managers to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality outcomes across Perth metro land development and subdivision projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations across civil subdivision and land development projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, plant, materials, and key stakeholders
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and compliance across site activities
- Plan daily works, manage resources, and keep the program moving
- Provide clear progress updates and raise issues before they become problems
- Support WHSEQ requirements, reporting, and incident investigations
- Build a strong site culture through clear communication and practical leadership
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Site Supervisor
- Strong background in civil construction, land development/subdivision works (*preferred)
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- White Card / Construction Card
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (*Preferred) or working towards
