You'll be involved in:
- Managing on-site delivery of building services across active healthcare construction projects
- Coordinating plumbing, HVAC, piping, and mechanical services subcontractors and trades
- Overseeing programme, quality, and safety outcomes across services workstreams
- Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and services subcontractors to keep delivery on track
- Identifying and resolving services-related construction issues on the ground
- Maintaining a safe, well-coordinated site environment throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a strong building services background
- Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC, piping, and mechanical services in a construction environment
- Experience delivering complex commercial or healthcare projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills across trades, subcontractors, and project teams
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality requirements on major construction projects
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve under pressure
