We're partnering with a highly regarded builder to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a landmark 30+ level luxury residential tower on the Gold Coast.
With demolition about to commence, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the project from the very beginning, leading an experienced site team through to successful completion.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Given the location and nature of the development, this project requires an experienced leader who enjoys solving complex construction challenges, planning well ahead and maintaining strong control over site logistics and sequencing in a constrained environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day site operations from demolition through to handover
- Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity outcomes
- Manage site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
- Coordinate construction sequencing in a constrained, high-density environment
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Conduct site meetings, planning sessions and look-ahead programming
- Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality and environmental requirements
- Identify construction risks early and implement practical solutions to keep the project moving
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering 30+ level residential or commercial high-rise projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing site teams
- Extensive knowledge of concrete structures, vertical construction and complex staging
- Excellent planning and programme management capability
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management and site logistics
- Calm, practical and solutions-focused under pressure
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or equivalent experience)
- Lead a landmark luxury residential tower from project commencement
