You'll be involved in:
- Managing day-to-day delivery across the fit out workstream
- Coordinating fit out subcontractors and trades to programme
- Overseeing programme, quality, and safety outcomes on site
- Working closely with the Project Manager, QS, and client representatives
- Managing ITPs, inspections, and staged handovers
- Resolving on-site issues before they hit programme
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects
- Background with a Tier 1 or established main contractor
- Strong grasp of programme, quality assurance, and site documentation
- Strong coordination and communication across trades and project teams
- Solid health, safety, and quality understanding on major projects
- Services coordination or government client experience well regarded
