Responsibilities will typically include:
- Managing the day to day activities on site, provide clear direction on tasks to be completed on a daily basis.
- Lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver high quality outcomes meeting project demands and timelines
- Lead toolbox meetings
- Manage conversations with sub contractors.
- Planning and effectively managing the program
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service quality
- Reporting on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget
- To meeting the performance objectives of the project
- Sub-contractor management
- Read drawings and communicate relevant tasks
