About the Role: You’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain programme, and ensure high standards of Health & Safety and quality.
Projects typically range from $20M–$80M, so proven experience running commercial builds is essential.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years’ Commercial Site Management experience (main contractor background preferred)
- A strong track record delivering commercial projects over $10 Million.
- Excellent understanding of NZ building codes, legislation, and construction methodologies.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Confident leadership style with the ability to influence and build strong site relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
