About the Role You’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain programme, and ensure high standards of Health & Safety and quality.
Projects typically range from $20M–$100M, so proven experience running commercial builds is essential.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years’ Site Management experience (main contractor background preferred)
- A strong track record delivering commercial projects
- Excellent understanding of NZ building codes, legislation, and construction methodologies
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Confident leadership style with the ability to influence and build strong site relationships
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
