The position: 

You will work closely with our team, providing administrative support, creating purchase orders, emails, and assisting with various tasks related to job files, invoicing, receipting, and customer service.

This is a temporary position to develop your skills in administration, growth is available due to the nature of the team, if you are wanting to get into project administration in the future this is perfect stepping stone! 
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative duties
  • Creating purchase orders 
  • Receipting of orders
  • Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day.
  • Set up and maintain job files efficiently
  • Generate sales invoices 
  • Data entry
  • Assist team where needed 
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment 
Experience Required: 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and a quick learner.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A desire to explore new roles and work with a great, friendly team.
