This varied role offers a great balance of workshop and field service work, servicing and repairing a range of heavy equipment and forklifts. Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you'll be responsible for diagnostics, fault-finding, repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance. You'll enjoy working in a modern workshop environment while also getting out on-site to support customers. Key Responsibilities
- Work in both the workshop and customer sites, delivering high-quality service & support.
- Perform diagnostics and fault-finding on a wide range of heavy equipment and forklifts.
- Service, repair, and complete preventive maintenance on a range of heavy equipment & forklifts
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer site personnel and colleagues
- Ensure all equipment meet operational, safety, & compliance requirements
- Competitive hourly rate of $44-$47 P/H (subject to experience)

- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or hold a similar relevant mechanical qualification
- Proven experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding
- Previous experience working on heavy equipment, construction machinery, or similar plant and equipment
- Hold a current Full New Zealand drivers license
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Strong commitment to health and safety, with a proactive and reliable approach to work
