Key Responsibilities

 
As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction and team development.
 

• Lead and develop the service team to achieve strong operational and financial results
• Drive workshop productivity and efficiency 
• Monitor department performance and ensure budgets and KPI's are achieved
• Coach and mentor technicians, apprentices and service advisors
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high CSI levels
• Work closely with parts and management teams to maximise departmental performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and manufacturer standards
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the service operation

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or senior automotive aftersales leader
• Strong workshop and customer service management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Commercially minded with strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Driven, organised and results-focused
