- $100,000 - $110,000 + Company Vehicle
We are seeking a customer‑focused and well‑organised HVAC Service Manager to oversee service and repair operations for an established Southland‑based HVAC and refrigeration business. This is a key role coordinating technicians, managing customer enquiries and ensuring high‑quality service delivery across commercial, industrial and rural clients.
The role is hands‑on and varied, suited to someone who enjoys balancing people, schedules and priorities in a busy service environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for scheduling and prioritising work, monitoring job progress and supporting a capable technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing service enquiries and customer communication
- Scheduling and prioritising HVAC and refrigeration work
- Allocating jobs to technicians and tracking progress
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and documented correctly
- HVAC, refrigeration or technical service industry experience
- Strong coordination, organisation and communication skills
- Experience leading or supporting technical teams
- Confidence using digital job management systems
