Our client is seeking a professional and motivated Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As the link between customers and the workshop, you'll be responsible for ensuring service and repair requirements are communicated effectively, appointments are managed efficiently and customers remain informed throughout the entire service process.

- Prepare repair orders and accurately capture customer requirements
- Liaise with technicians regarding servicing, repairs and vehicle progress
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Obtain authorisation for additional work when required
- Prepare estimates, invoices and service documentation
- Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Assist with warranty and administration processes where required
- Promote additional products and services that add value to customers
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or in a customer service role within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Confident using computer systems and administrative processes
- Sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs is highly advantageous
