What You'll Do
- Be the face of the workshop — greeting customers, managing enquiries and delivering top‑tier service
- Handle bookings, quotes, job scheduling and workflow coordination
- Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians throughout the service process
- Identify and source parts efficiently using your automotive knowledge
- Keep the workshop organised and running at pace in a dynamic, volume‑driven environment
- Strong customer service experience — you know how to build trust and keep people informed
- A strong personality with confidence, resilience, and the ability to hold your own in a busy workshop
- Solid automotive or mechanical knowledge
- Understanding of automotive parts and service processes
- Experience in either a dealership or independent workshop across multiple functions
- A proactive work ethic — you take initiative, solve problems and stay ahead of the day
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
