- Mentor, develop and manage geology personnel and contractors.
- Degree qualified in Geology or related discipline.
- Strong underground gold mining experience.
- Experience with grade control, geological modelling and reconciliation.
- Proficient with Leapfrog and other 3D geological software.
- Strong understanding of mine-to-mill processes.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and experience mentoring others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Resource estimation experience would be highly regarded.
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
