- Senior Training Coordinator opportunity available at Boggabri Coal Mine in NSW
- Mon to Fri roster with option of 9-day fortnight, excellent salary package

The role:
- The position is a circa 14 -month fixed term contract to provide leave coverage.
- We require a candidate who has experience working with Training Management Systems like Damstra or Pegasus.
- Lead the development of systems, processes & standard operating procedures for site training and assessment activities.
- Consult with site personnel to ensure compliance with training and assessment systems.
- Audit and test training systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Housing allowance in addition to your base salary + super on both
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Relocation assistance package to beautiful country NSW
- Monday to Friday roster with option for 9 day fortnight

- Diploma in Training (desirable)
- Certificate IV in TAE
- Experience working in a professional training role in a mining (preferably NSW coal) or heavy industrial environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of training systems and processes
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with Damstra OR Pegasus
