Lead the structural delivery of one of Brisbane's next iconic residential projects.
We're partnering with a highly regarded builder-developer with an outstanding reputation for delivering premium high-rise residential projects across South East Queensland. Due to the commencement of a landmark development, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Structures Supervisor to join the team from day one and play a key role in delivering the structural package through to completion.

You'll take ownership of the structural delivery of this major residential tower, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the project leadership team, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities and drive programme outcomes throughout the structural phase of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all structural construction activities from bulk earthworks through to structural completion
- Manage multiple subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality and programme objectives are achieved
- Drive a strong safety culture across site
- Coordinate daily site operations and short-term programming
- Monitor construction quality and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays
- Work closely with engineers, consultants and the project management team
- Mentor and lead site supervisors and foremen where required
To be successful, you'll have demonstrated experience delivering the structural component of large-scale multi-residential developments.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Structures Supervisor, Structures Supervisor or General Foreman on high-rise residential projects
- Strong structural delivery experience on 20+ storey apartment developments
- Experience working on projects valued at $200M+
- Excellent knowledge of concrete structures, jumpform, post-tensioning and high-rise construction methodologies
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and programme delivery
- Ability to build strong relationships with consultants, clients and site teams
