We're partnering with a leading construction business delivering one of Brisbane's most significant projects currently under construction. Due to the scale and complexity of the development, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the leadership team and help drive the project through its next stages of delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations across a major construction project
- Manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Drive programme outcomes and construction milestones
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate site logistics and sequencing activities
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, and Consultants
- Identify and resolve construction challenges as they arise

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects
- Experience managing significant site teams and subcontractor workforces
- Strong understanding of programme delivery and site coordination
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background highly regarded
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
