What you'll bring
- Minimum 3 years experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritise workflow
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
- Experience in a dealership or service advisor role
- Ability to multi task in a high volume environment
- Welcome customers, book vehicles in and capture service requirements accurately
- Clearly explain recommended work, costs and expected time frames to customers
- Liaise with technicians to monitor job progress and provide updates
- Prepare detailed quotes and obtain customer approvals for additional work
- Complete invoicing, follow up on jobs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
