Senior Project Manager | Brisbane Location
Ready to take control of a project that most Project Managers only get to talk about?
We're partnering with a highly regarded builder delivering a landmark high-density residential development in Brisbane's southern suburbs. With the project already well underway and approximately 18 months remaining, they're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to step in and drive the next phase of delivery.
This is an immediate requirement, with an ASAP start available for the right person.
The project is already out of the ground and progressing well. What they need now is a commercially astute leader who can navigate complexity, solve problems, manage stakeholders, and successfully lead the project through to completion.
The Project
- 3 high-density residential towers
- Major multi-building development in Brisbane's south
- Live residential environment with significant stakeholder management requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead the project from its current stage through to completion
- Manage and mentor project delivery teams
- Drive programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes
- Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
- Oversee commercial performance and forecasting
- Identify and solve project challenges before they become problems
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout delivery
Relocation assistance considered for interstate and New Zealand candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering tower or commercial high-rise projects
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Experience working within live or low-access environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
