In this role, you will be accountable for planning and delivering multiple upgrade projects safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong governance, clear communication, and a practical, solutions‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of facilities and asset upgrade projects, from planning through to handover
- Coordinate contractors, internal teams, and specialist advisors to ensure quality and compliance
- Manage project controls including pre‑starts, delivery documentation reviews, variations, cost tracking, and reporting
- Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders on live, operational sites
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed safety, quality, programme, and budget expectations
- Provide structured, well‑documented handovers to operations teams
Project Types
Projects may include electrical and mechanical upgrades, building works, plant and equipment installations, HVAC upgrades, asbestos removal, roof replacements, security and access improvements, and other specialist asset renewals across large, complex sites.
About You
- Strong experience delivering facilities or asset upgrade projects in live environments
- Confident managing contractors, programmes, budgets, and multiple workstreams
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused, and comfortable working within structured governance frameworks
- Able to collaborate effectively with technical specialists while maintaining overall project accountability
