We are seeking an experienced civil Senior Project Engineer who can lead packages, drive delivery and thrive in a remote project environment. The project is a major airfield upgrade project delivering enabling works, temporary facilities and critical civil infrastructure. This will be a career highlight role and project for a proven Civil Engineer.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Construction Manager, as Senior Project Engineer , you will lead key packages, manage interfaces and help deliver a complex remote project safely, on time and on budget. Your immediate focus will be delivery of the temporary accommodation package for the managing contractor. You will be working FIFO 2/1 ex-Perth to a tropical island worksite, which will include 1 RDO per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of civil work packages across program, cost, quality and safety.
- Manage subcontractors, stakeholders and key project interfaces.
- Drive planning, reporting, procurement and technical compliance.
- Build strong site relationships and support high-performing project teams.
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with strong Senior Project Engineer experience.
- Background in civil infrastructure, ideally airfield, airport, Defence or remote works.
- Confident managing planning, cost, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working FIFO 2/1 ex Perth.
