Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their Brisbane team.

The Role
Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of preparing competitive tenders across a broad range of commercial Mechanical and HVAC projects.
This is a senior position where you'll have the autonomy to lead estimates from initial enquiry through to submission while working closely with experienced engineering, design and project delivery teams.

About You
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience estimating Mechanical or HVAC projects within the commercial construction sector.
- Experience pricing Design & Construct projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prepare competitive tenders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A Mechanical Engineering qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Established contractor with an outstanding reputation across Queensland.
- Strong pipeline of negotiated and D&C commercial projects.
- Highly collaborative culture with experienced leadership.
