Senior HSEQ Advisor | Perth‑Based

Working closely with senior leaders and site stakeholders, you'll ensure HSEQ frameworks are compliant with company, client, and regulatory requirements while driving a proactive safety culture.
 
We're seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Advisor for a Perth‑based opportunity , supporting operations through strong leadership and the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain HSEQ management systems across operations
• Provide specialist HSEQ advice to leadership and operational teams
• Deliver HSEQ training, inductions, and competency verification
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring
• Prepare HSEQ reporting and performance analysis
• Manage HSEQ data and systems (e.g. MyOSH / Viking or similar)
• Support injury management and return‑to‑work processes

What You'll Bring

• Current Australian driver's licence
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (required)
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) (required)
• Extensive experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry
• Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation
• Ability to work independently and influence at a senior level
• Strong reporting, investigation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• ICAM, auditing qualifications, and mobile equipment exposure (highly desirable)
