We are in search for a National Sales Manager – Engineering based out of their HQ in Larapinta. This is a newly created role to lead national growth across engineered to order and bespoke solutions. This is a technically led sales role suited to someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, enjoys influencing at a senior level and can translate engineering capability into commercial outcomes.

- Manage a mix of key account growth (~80%) and new business (~20%)
- Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes from concept through to delivery
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams on design, scope and technical solutions
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Strengthen relationships through client engagement, presentations and industry events
- Lead national sales planning, reporting and performance reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new opportunities
- Support product strategy, launches and ongoing portfolio development
- Mechanical/technical aptitude (Mechanical Engineering qualification highly regarded)
- Proven experience in technical or engineered solutions sales
- Background in materials handling, lifting equipment, manufacturing or similar
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing margins, pricing and contracts
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- Experience working closely with engineering and production teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills
