About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support our recruitment team by leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools and technology to identify, engage, and qualify top talent. This role combines traditional recruitment methodologies with innovative AI solutions to improve candidate attraction, talent mapping, and recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilise AI-powered sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of industries and disciplines.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability against client requirements.
- Use AI tools to assist with candidate searches, talent mapping, market insights, and outreach campaigns.
- Create compelling candidate engagement messages and job advertisements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM/ATS.
- Monitor recruitment market trends and emerging sourcing technologies.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate resourcing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing techniques.
- Comfortable using AI-driven recruitment tools and technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using AI tools such to work across Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn AI capabilities, or similar sourcing technologies.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
- Experience within agency or corporate recruitment environments.
- A curiosity for emerging technology and AI.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong candidate engagement skills.
