We’re looking for an experienced recruitment leader to join Stellar as we continue to grow within the Construction & Engineering sector in our Brisbane QLD office. This is a rare opportunity to step into a manager-level role where you’ll not only drive business development and client engagement, but also mentor, coach, and lead an established team of consultants across varying levels of experience.

This is an established team currently being managed by our Managing Director, meaning you’ll walk into a strong foundation with excellent handover support and ongoing leadership backing.
Your Role as Recruitment Manager:
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of consultants across varying levels of experience
• Drive growth across the Engineering & Construction division with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management
• Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring delivery excellence
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where success is recognised and celebrated
• Contribute strategically to the long-term growth and direction of Stellar’s Brisbane office
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally within Engineering or Construction sectors
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire recruitment teams
• Strong background in business development and client relationship management
• Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to deliver results
• Someone who thrives in a growing, ambitious business and wants to help shape its future
