The Opportunity:
We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Blue-Collar Recruiters interested in joining a well-established mining and resources business based in Brisbane CBD.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, supporting high-volume workforce requirements across site-based and operational roles.
Previous recruitment experience across construction, civil, mining or resources will be highly regarded.
About the Role:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue collar roles
- Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
- Screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Partnering with hiring managers, operational leaders and site teams
- Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment requirements and mobilisation
- Managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
- Supporting workforce requirements across ongoing projects and shutdowns
- Previous experience recruiting blue collar or operational workforces
- Experience within construction, civil, mining or resources highly regarded
- Confidence managing high-volume or fast-moving recruitment requirements
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with recruitment systems, databases or ATS platforms
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
