About the Role
As part of our established recruitment team, you will manage a specialist desk recruiting across the Construction sector, with a focus on Mechanical and Hydraulic roles.
This is a warm desk with national reach, an existing client base, and strong relationships already in place. You will have access to a strong candidate database, established systems, and a supportive team who will back you to succeed.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Mechanical, Hydraulic, and wider construction roles
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ranging from major contractors through to specialist local businesses
  • Source, screen, and manage high-quality candidates across technical and trade-based roles
  • Collaborate with consultants across our Build, Civil, Trades, and Engineering teams
  • Continue to grow and develop the desk through strong client relationships and market activity
Your Profile
  • A motivated team player who is driven to achieve great results
  • Confident building relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Ideally 2+ years of recruitment experience, or relevant industry experience within Mechanical, Hydraulic, Construction, or Engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working with autonom
