Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-established project delivery business operating across the civil, mining and resources sectors.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and continued growth across remote and FIFO projects, the business is expanding its internal recruitment capability and is looking to appoint two temporary Recruitment Consultants.
These positions will commence on a short-term contract, with the potential for longer-term employment for the right candidates as future projects are secured.
About the Role
This is a short-term contract opportunity supporting recruitment across major civil and mining infrastructure projects.
You will manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment across roles including Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, HSE professionals, Contracts Administrators and Construction Managers.
Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll source, screen and manage candidates through the recruitment process, using JobAdder as the ATS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment across civil, mining and infrastructure projects
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming workforce requirements
- Proactively source, screen and shortlist technical and project professionals
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment activity and candidate pipelines within JobAdder
- Support fast-moving workforce ramp-ups across remote and FIFO projects
You will be an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the civil, mining or resources sectors and the types of technical professionals required to deliver major projects.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous white-collar recruitment experience within civil, mining, resources or infrastructure
- Experience recruiting roles such as Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, HSE professionals and Contracts Administrators
- Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing project priorities
- Experience using an ATS, with JobAdder experience highly regarded
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
