With an established client base, a warm pipeline of opportunities and strong market credibility, you'll be positioned to make an immediate impact while continuing to grow your desk and earnings.
This is a highly relationship-driven role where you'll partner with clients on workforce planning, talent attraction and market insights while helping candidates make meaningful career moves.

- Automotive, transport, engineering or trades recruitment experience highly regarded
- Previous recruitment experience preferred (agency or internal)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow a successful desk
