Recruitment Advisor - Mining (Blue Collar)
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support short‑term recruitment demands across blue‑collar mining roles. This casual contract is ideal for a hands‑on recruiter who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of blue‑collar mining positions, supporting immediate workforce requirements and mobilisation needs.

Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end recruitment of blue‑collar mining roles including Operators, Fitters, Electricians, Boilermakers, Truck Drivers and Technical Assistants
- Proactive sourcing via advertising, referrals, database searches, LinkedIn and industry networks
- Screening and interviewing candidates for technical skills, site experience and cultural fit
- Coordinating pre‑employment requirements including medicals, drug & alcohol testing, police checks and site inductions
- Managing FIFO and DIDO mobilisation requirements
- Building and maintaining talent pools to support short‑term workforce demand
- Ensuring recruitment activity meets compliance, safety and site requirements
About You
- Proven experience recruiting blue‑collar roles within mining, resources or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of FIFO/DIDO workforces and site‑based compliance requirements
- Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment under tight timeframes
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can work autonomously in a short‑term contract role
