We are looking for a experienced mining recruiter to join our clients site HR team. If your looking to move internal or wanting to work for a mining magnate with flexibility this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for our company culture and values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings that accurately reflect those needs.
- Mining recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
