Our client is a leading commercial electrical subcontractor seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a project-focused role where you'll work on significant commercial projects, managing estimating, take-offs, and measurement across a dynamic portfolio. With 5-7 years of quantity surveying experience, you'll bring the expertise needed to support the delivery of complex electrical contracts and help drive the commercial success of their operations.

- 5-7 years of hands-on quantity surveying experience in commercial or electrical contracting
- Proven expertise in estimating and preparing accurate take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Strong measurement and quantification skills, with the ability to produce detailed cost analyses
- Familiarity with commercial electrical projects and subcontractor workflows
- Proficiency with quantity surveying software and standard measurement practices
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Professional membership with the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS) or equivalent
- Experience with commercial electrical or mechanical services contracting is advantageous
