The Role
-You'll own project finances from tender through to final account.
-Prepare cost plans, manage budgets, assess claims and variations, and keep stakeholders across the numbers.
-Work directly with PMs, site teams, and subs to deliver on budget.
-When you spot a way to improve margins or challenge scope, you'll have the space to make it happen.
You Have
3+ years QS or estimating experience in commercial construction.
-A relevant qualification: NZ Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying), -Bachelor of Construction, or equivalent.
-Strong grasp of NZ contracts (NZS 3910, NZIA).
-You're detail-focused, articulate in writing and conversation, and comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
-You work well in teams and take ownership of your patch.
