- Lead quality assurance strategy and execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical works on a major solar farm development
- Six-month temporary assignment based on site in the Hawkes Bay, with direct responsibility for QA systems and team support
- Opportunity to establish quality frameworks and processes for a self-performing contractor on a high-profile renewable energy project
- Proven quality assurance experience in construction or heavy engineering, with demonstrated site leadership capability
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing protocols, and compliance documentation across multiple trades
- Experience managing quality on projects involving civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
- Ability to lead and mentor QA teams, establish inspection schedules, and drive compliance across site
- Familiarity with renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous
- Formal qualification in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Current certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a QA leadership or supervisory role on construction or infrastructure projects
