Key Work
- Lead acquisitions, disposals & large-scale property transactions
- Advise on commercial leasing, development & subdivision matters
- Manage due diligence processes for property investments
- Negotiate transaction documents & project agreements
- Support financing-related property work alongside clients' advisers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the practice

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years PQE in commercial property or real estate law
- Strong experience handling transactions, leasing or development work
- Confidence managing client relationships and leading matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Collaborative approach with sound commercial judgement
