Stellar Recruitment’s Civil Division is partnering with two well-regarded civil contractors delivering a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.
With both projects now moving into execution, these businesses are entering a key growth phase. Known for their technical capability, collaborative client relationships and consistent project delivery, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to lead two separate high-profile works.
About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, including bulk earthworks, utilities and services, roadworks and associated structures.
You will lead teams across engineering, construction, commercial and HSE, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
These roles will suit an established Project Managers ready to step into larger, more complex programs.
Projects are based outside of Brisbane on a FIFO/DIDO basis, with flexible roster options available. Project values range from $50M–$100M .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of major infrastructure projects
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commercial and safety
- Oversee planning, programming, procurement and subcontractor performance
- Drive outcomes across safety, quality, cost and schedule
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Proven track record delivering complex civil infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams
- Sound commercial acumen and contract management capability
- Confident stakeholder engagement across clients, councils and utilities
