We’re on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through to delivery, keeping timelines, budgets and quality on track. You’ll be joining a business working across energy, petrochemical, dairy, pharma, geothermal, water and infrastructure with a strong reputation and solid pipeline of upcoming work.

What you’ll do:
- Lead projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, budget & delivery)
- Coordinate engineering, fabrication, procurement & construction
- Manage client relationships and identify repeat work opportunities
- Overseeing construction activities, subcontractors and site teams
- Support tendering, estimating, and commercial negotiations
- Ensure HSE, quality, and governance standards are met
- Drive project performance, reporting, and cost control
- Mentor junior engineers and project team members
What you need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Construction, or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial, EPC, or construction environments
- Proven delivery of projects ($5M – $100M+)
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (e.g. NZS3910, NEC, EPC models)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Hands-on site experience with a strong technical foundation
- Client-facing experience and exposure to business development/tenders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
- A commitment to health & safety
- Flexibility to travel for project delivery
